Aaron Brumer has developed a unique practice providing both architecture and real estate development services. In 1997, Aaron earned a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Harvard University, and in 2013, he earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from USC.
As an architect, he has designed a wide range of residential, commercial and retail projects in California, Nevada, New York, Washington and Pennsylvania. He also has provided consulting services for several prominent real estate developers in California. Such services include financial analysis, capacity studies, and zoning review.
In 2006, Aaron founded his architectural practice and has experience with many different building types and jurisdictions. His residential projects include small-lot subdivisions, single family dwellings, and multi-family buildings. He also has a great deal of experience with retail tenant improvements and restaurants.
He is intimately familiar with the entitlement and approvals process throughout California, and has successfully taken projects through the many design review boards and Specific Plan areas in Los Angeles. These include Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Venice, and the Mulholland Scenic Corridor.

Aaron Brumer has served as a consultant for several prominent real estate firms including Forest City Enterprises and Allan D. Kotin & Associates. His services include conducting feasibility analyses, zoning review, and developing static proformas and cash flow analyses for small-lot subdivisions, multi-family and mixed-use developments, and retail projects. He can assist in determining the highest and best use for a property as well as perform the requisite financial analysis.
Most importantly, he has a deep understanding of the development process from an entitlement, design and construction point of view as well as a financial and marketing perspective.
