This development of 16 4-story homes brings new life to a David Avenue residential block. The modernist inspired units range from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet, each with a ground level, 2-car garage. The development’s prevailing stucco forms are accentuated with contrasting fiber-cement board siding in grey and gold. Spacious interiors include open connecting stairs between levels. Balconies and roof-top terraces provide outdoor access and neighborhood connections.

The site’s triangular shape allowed the creation of a private park, which is situated at the back and accessed through a series of pedestrian pathways. Within this common space, exterior furnishings, a barbecue and play apparatus for children encourage community.
