Located on an Echo Park hillside, this small-lot subdivision consists of 15 newly constructed units and 3 remodeled bungalows. All new units are three stories with tuck-under parking and roof decks that offer dramatic views of Silverlake and Downtown Los Angeles.
The complex’s design takes advantage of its hillside setting, so each home is oriented to ensure its own distinct view. Careful attention was also paid to maintaining privacy between the units. The massing of a second-floor living room and third-floor master suite is distinguished architecturally with porcelain tile cladding and large expanses of glass.
