The architecture is composed of two overlapping forms—a 2-story fiber-cement board entry and upper level volume and a monolithic street-level form that wraps around to the home’s lower levels, which step down the hillside. To expand the 3,000 sf of interior space, generous back decks merge indoor and outdoor environments. A cedar gated entry court provides warm contrast to the home’s welcoming white and grey design.
